SYMBIOS GROUP APPOINT NEW CHAIRMAN TO DEVELOP COMPANY GROWTH, EXPANSION AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

For Immediate Release: Fareham, England, 9th October 2005: Symbios Group today announce the appointment of Paul Ratcliff as Group Company Chairman. Paul joins the company as a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with experience of the senior positions in both major corporations and has top level experience in developing smaller technology and service businesses. His experience lies in several high level disciplines including IT, Marketing and Supply, gained with Ford Europe, Steetley plc and Chase Manhattan. He joins Symbios group with considerable high level experience in several management disciplines including IT and Marketing and Supply, gained with Ford of Europe, Steetley plc and Chase Manhattan. Paul's experience also includes management consulting with Cooper & Lybrand where he was responsible for sales and delivery of high value software and services projects to some of the worlds leading organizations. Paul received an MBA with distinction Warwick University 1990.

Paul's significant commercial success came with Hatton Blue, the business he founded in 1991. As founder and MD, he successfully led the venture to provide one of the UK's leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products that is now commonplace in many of the UK's banks, law firms and government organisations. Hatton Blue was successfully sold in January 1999. In recent years Paul has focused on various non-executive Director Positions, specializing in helping high growth companies to exploit their market opportunities and to maximise shareholder value as they grow.

Symbios Group now move in the the next phase of a development strategy that will see the group deliver niche subscription platforms for the internet, alongside key products that will enable the group to continues it’s business in the mobile content and delivery market. This move will increase sales coverage and capitalize on the strength of products with the group’s portfolio.
